A full accounting of what information this site gathers, what happens with it, and what it does not collect or use. Policy effective September 19, 2026.
The quote tool
You fill in gender, birthdate, how you'd describe your health, tobacco status, the coverage amount you want, and the term length. This information goes to the carriers' quoting system to generate rates and comes back to you—it is not kept here. We never require your name, street address, telephone, or email just to view rates. If you run the same search twice, the system may use a temporary cache to skip calling the carriers again.
Applying
Choosing to apply means your answers pre-populate a secure application managed by the carriers' system, and from there you follow their privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), handles the applications.
The contact form
The form collects your name, email address, a phone number if you want to share it, your preferred contact method, the topic, and your message. It arrives at the agency as an email; your email becomes the reply-to address. We retain no archive of submissions here, no message database, no content logs. A temporary anti-spam check runs locally in your browser before the message ships.
Measurement
Page views are counted using cookieless, first-party measurement delivered from this domain itself. We do not set any cookies or client-side identifiers. Your IP address is partially obscured before storage. Referring page parameters are stripped out. Raw logs are erased every 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are completely excluded from measurement.
What we do not do
We don't peddle your data, we don't use tracking pixels for ads, and we don't bring in third-party analytics software. The one exception is the carriers' application service that appears on the application page, and only if you visit that page.
